We are committed to charging reasonable prices and have not changed our rates since 2012. However, an increase is now unavoidable if we are to continue providing the same service and availability for our users.

We realise that this will be difficult news for some people, so here is some good news:

• We are still considerably cheaper than other comparable venues in the city centre

• The cost of refreshments will remain the same

• All users will now be able to book any three-hour morning session between 8.30 – 1.00, whichever rate is paid. This is in response to feedback about changes to concessionary travel passes, where senior and disabled pass holders will only have access to free transport from the later time of 9.30 a.m. We hope this increased flexibility will help affected organisations to keep costs to individuals as low as possible.
