We have three pricing bands to reflect the range of organisations using our building.

Standard Rate

• Public sector or commercial organisations

Charity Rate

• Registered charities and not for profit organisations with paid staff
• Volunteer groups funded by charities who are large enough to have paid staff
• Sole traders with a turnover of less than £30,000 pa

Community Rate

• Local charities and community organisations with no paid staff and no funding from a larger associated organisation. (Our community rate is intended for local groups / charities with no paid staff who are funded by members’ donations and / or their own fundraising efforts. Groups who are financially supported by a larger associated organisation come under the Charity Rate.)

Please note:

• Evening bookings are available Monday – Thursday between 6.15 and 9.15. The building is open in the evening from 6.00pm.
• Saturdays are available and are chargeable at Standard rates. Please contact the office for further information.
